At Nibboo, we want every customer to enjoy a smooth and positive experience when ordering from us. Because many of our products are freshly made and perishable, our refunds policy follows UK consumer guidelines while ensuring fairness and transparency for all customers.
Perishable Food Items
Most Nibboo products are made fresh to order. Under UK law, perishable goods are not eligible for returns once delivered.
However, we will always try to put things right if something hasn’t gone as expected.
You may be eligible for a refund, partial refund, or replacement if:
- The item arrived damaged, incorrect, or unsafe to eat
- There was a clear quality issue
- You received the wrong order
- The product didn’t arrive
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and your order number so we can investigate quickly.
Order Cancellations
Because our items are made fresh and ingredients are prepared in advance:
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund.
- After this time, we may have already begun preparing your order, so cancellation may not be possible.
- For preorder items, cancellation terms may vary but will always be clearly stated at checkout.
You can request a cancellation by contacting us as soon as possible.
